美式培根花生醬起司牛肉漢堡 Peanut Butter Cheese Burger

自製多汁又紮實的牛肉漢堡排,搭配花生醬,鹹鹹甜甜難以抵擋啊!

漢堡的所有材料都可以事先準備,相當適合宴客。我前一天製作漢堡餐包,當天準備肉排,一旦大家陸續抵達,所有人的上菜都可以在半小時內完成:利用烤箱稍微回烤餐包、平底鍋煎熟肉排、融化起士,其他配料像是事先備好的番茄、生菜、煎到香脆的煙燻培根和花生醬一字排開,大家可以隨自己的口味自行組裝變化 !

※材料配方
A.多汁漢堡肉排

700g 牛絞肉
300g 豬絞肉 (牛豬比例我覺得黃金比例是7:3,如果你喜歡多汁一點也可以增加豬肉比例到6:4 )
1 tsp 洋蔥粉
1 tsp 大蒜粉
1 tsp 鹽
1/2 tsp 肉豆蔻粉 (nutmeg)
1/2 tsp 匈牙利紅椒粉
黑胡椒 適量
*香料的部分大家可以自行依口味做調整

B.精選加拿大威士忌蘋果煙燻培根

配合鹹甜味道,特別挑了這款帶有點蘋果香氣的培根,煎到脆脆之後,你也知道外國人,特別是外國男生超愛培根,讓他們讚不絕口~

C.花生醬汁
一杯花生醬加上一大匙的楓糖/蜂蜜,稍微加熱到有流性
